Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with the official receipt to facilitate a smooth exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 7 days of delivery.

  Wait for Approval

  Our customer service team will review your request and photos of the item; once verified, you will receive a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the product in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and the invoice, then ship it back to our designated warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Resolution

  Upon receiving the return, we will perform a quality check and process your choice of a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method.
