The LIVEUP Sports Spikey Balance Pad is a non-slip Half-Dome Shaped ball that helps to combine balance training and motor skill development.
FEATURES
The balance pad can be used either flat side up or pebble side up, depending on your skill level. The flat side down is for moderate balance training while the pebble side down can be used for more challenging exercises. It is sold individually.
